INVESTMENT IN REAL ESTATE

As a rule, investing in real estate is reserved for the more affluent, because with an average salary it is difficult to afford one real estate for living, let alone several for the purpose of making a profit, but this does not prevent Croats from still looking for salvation for their money in the purchase of apartments.

Although investing in real estate is still considered the main form of long-term investment in Croatia, this trend is slowly changing and Croats are increasingly turning to other forms of property in search of profitability and protection against inflation. This is especially pronounced in the current period of high inflation and the appearance of a real estate bubble on the market, which led to the overvaluation of real estate.
